The size of double bed is adequate for the mentioned occupancies with Garden View. Adequate furniture. Dressing table. Luggage Rack, Central Heating facility/or Heater from 1st Nov to 31th March every year, Electric blankets also provided fans for summers. Electric kettle with tea bag and sugar sachets One per person, shower facility, Hot and cold water (geyser),in wash-room, slippers, Dental set, soaps, shampoo, hair conditioner separate towels for each person in room, liquid soap dispenser, Tissues, room services of food available, one complimentary/welcome tea/drink. WIFI. Wash room is 6/6 feet with western commode, wash basin & shower facility.

Room is equipped with adequate furniture such as dressing mirror and a chair and table, luggage rack, heating facility as electric blankets from 15th November to 15th March every year, fans in summers, Hot and cold water in wash-room (geezer), soaps, separate towels for each person in room, room services of food available free of charge ( food chargeable), free WIFI. Room has garden View. Wash room is 5-6/5-6 feet with western commode, wash basin.
ADVANCE PAYMENT/ REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
50 PERCENT ADVANCE payment policy ( non-refundable in all scenarios- if paid 50% only)
However if paid full and need cancellation following policies will apply,
1) If stay date is between 15 days to 1 month away from the day of raising the cancellation request, 75% of the full paid amount will be refunded.
2) If stay date is 8-14 days away 50% of the full paid amount will be refunded.
3) If stay date is between 0 to 7 days, no refund will be done. The booking will be considered as non-refundable.
Rescheduling of the dates and Upgradation of Rooms. ( SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY)
The rescheduling may be considered depending upon the availability of the rooms. However, per room rescheduling charges @750 has to be paid. For upgradation the charges as applicable will have to be paid by the guest.
